Robert Tuley Designs are not just jewelry but pieces of art.

Robert's love of antiquities, organic forms and sensuous lines that are incoorporated into his designs.  Robert's attraction to Japanese design and art deco are also weighty influences in many of his creations.

    Using centuries-old methods Robert asserts, "the techniques I use automatically give my work a sort of antique look."                                  
    A graduate of Sonoma State University, Robert took  art classes but essentially learned metal-working techniques while repairing woodwinds at a musical instrument store becoming a master at hand fabricating.

    Robert's deep understanding of  gemstones, metal and techniques give him an advantage when designing for inventory or working with customers creating their own designs.

  Many of Robert's pieces are designed around and antique item or the natural stones he chooses.

   As many artists fall in love with their art it can be difficult to let go.  Rober is no exception and loves to wear his own work.  It is also pleasing to see it on others. In his words, "I think what makes a peice of jewelry great is when it becomes a part of your persona."
